No outside alcohol allowed, must be provided by Greenfield Bowl per contract.
No household auctions will be allowed in the 4H/FFA Center.

Only ATVs, UTVs, or golf carts used by grandstand personnel, maintenance personnel, and the Adair County Fair Board or Adair County Extension members will be allowed around the Adair County Fairgrounds. They will have a tag to identify them as official fair vehicles. The public can drive ATVs, UTVs, or golf carts onto the fairgrounds, but vehicles must be parked and are not allowed to be driven around the fairgrounds.
The Adair County Fair Board reserves the final and absolute right to interpret all rules and regulations and to determine all matters, questions, and differences arising from incidents at the fair. Fair management will decide all disputes arising out of any confusion.
The Adair County Fair Association, Adair County Fair, Adair County Fair Board, Adair County Extension; and their agents, officers, and employees will not be held responsible in case of accidents, breakage, theft, fire, any acts of God, and all causes of action, liabilities, loss, and claims resulting from or the participation in any events held at the Adair County Fair.
